The launch will include a screening of new film work by artist Daniel Fogarty, an audio work by Franziska Lantz and a reading by Dr. Nasser Hussain.
FEAST is an online publication that explores our relationship with food as a social event, a marker of identity, a product of history and a commodity for trade. The launch edition takes the theme of Cutlery creatively interpreting and responding to the tools and utensils of eating with contributions from Edwina Ashton, Catherine Bertola, Rachel Colley, Dr. Paul Geary, Cathy Lomax and Alex Michon.

In conjunction with the publication's online content FEAST's editors are curating a programme of satellite events. Working with Special Collections Library at Manchester Metropolitan University and the International Anthony Burgess Foundation Manchester, FEAST have developed a series of events throughout 2016 that invite artists, academics and writers to explore the publications overarching theme of Setting the Table.
Workplace Gallery is a contemporary art gallery run by artists.
Based in Gateshead UK, Workplace Gallery represents a portfolio of emerging and established artists through the gallery programme, curatorial projects and international art fairs.
